Jim has worked for companies and public services organizations in more than 25 countries including IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, AGFA, Fuji, CIBC, TD-Canada Trust, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, the Government of Alberta, the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General and many others.
Jim specializes in sales and negotiation skills, strategic planning, partnering, analytics, and executive coaching. In addition, he teaches two programs at the Queen’s University Industrial Relations Centre in Business Strategy for HR professionals and HR Metrics and Analytics.
Jim is a principal with Jim Harrison + Associates. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University and a Master’s Degree in English from the University of California, Irvine. He is a published author and playwright, and a former Canadian Junior and Ontario Amateur Golf Champion.
As a mediator of 25 years, Gary has worked in the areas of personal injury, employment, labour, construction, insurance, and specializes in intervening in difficult organizational and workplace disputes.
Gary has delivered conflict management training for judges, police officers and firefighters, as well as thousands of managers and union leaders across Canada and the United States. Gary teaches negotiation skills at the Queen’s University Industrial Relations Centre, and was awarded the McGowan Award of Excellence in ADR by the ADR Institute of Canada. Gary is a principal with Agree Dispute Resolution (AgreeInc.com), and is a graduate of Stanford University in California.
